Description de l'ouvrage:
Obsessed by his lifelong erotic fantasies of silent movie icon Louise Brooks’s amoral character Lulu in the 1928 film Pandora’s Box, legendary theatre critic Kenneth Tynan spent three days with the then-aging star to gather material for a New Yorker profile, as The Girl in the Black was set to launch the actress once again into the limelight after decades of anonymity.

À propos de l'auteur :
Janet Munsil's plays include The Ugly Duchess and Be Still. Her children's books include Where There's Somek and the award-winning Dinner at Auntie Rose's. Smoking with Lulu was her first full-length play, originally produced in Canada under the title Emphysema (A Love Story).
