Book Presentation:
FRANKENSTEIN CONQUERS … THE WORLD??

Human monsters, cripples and wretches, unite! Ygor, every Monster Kid’s favorite blacksmith–body snatcher, adds Paramilitary Strategist to his bulging résumé when he unveils his plan to organize his country’s outcasts into a fighting force. Their objective: enslave strong people and make them work for the weak. And at the head of Ygor’s hideous hordes: the Frankenstein Monster!
In 1941, as Universal prepared to make The Ghost of Frankenstein, they “took a pass” on screenwriter Eric Taylor’s bonkers plotline, described above. But fortunately for 21st-century Monster Kids, a copy of his script still exists; and now it rises from the ashes to become the centerpiece of the newest “Scripts from the Crypt” volume. Extras include a deluxe new Ghost of Frankenstein production history by Gregory W. Mank, Fun Facts, bonus essays and a trove of vintage photos.

The review quote:
Best “Scripts from the Crypt” book yet!
