Jonathan Friedman is Professor of History and Director of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at West Chester University and the author of The Routledge History of the Holocaust (2011). William Hewitt is Professor Emeritus of History at West Chester University and the author of Defining the Horrific: Readings on Genocide and the Holocaust in the Twentieth Century (2003).
